NXT GEN Workshop 5

Workshop 5 was a major milestone for NXTGEN as we officially launched our RIP Portal – Recognition, Inclusion and Prioritisation, designed to help young people register, build their profiles and connect with future opportunities. We also showcased our four key pillars: Youth Unemployment – creating pathways to skills, work experience and employment. Company Partnerships – connecting businesses with young talent and creating opportunities through collaboration. Revamping Buildings – exploring how underused and neglected spaces can be transformed into productive youth and community hubs. Community Safety – encouraging youth participation, stronger communities and safer environments. Workshop 5 was about showing how these pillars can work together to help us build the city together, creating more opportunity, innovation and positive community impact.
