NXTgen Foundation is a 100% youth-led non-profit, driven by a collective of young leaders from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and communities. We're united by one vision: a South Africa where young people are seen, supported, and given real opportunities to thrive.
For too long, youth in South Africa have been overlooked, underprepared, and excluded from meaningful development. NXTgen Foundation exists to challenge that — by equipping young people with skills, leadership, and access to opportunity, and by rebuilding the communities we come from for those who will follow.
