NXTgen Foundation is a 100% youth-led non-profit, driven by a collective of young leaders from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and communities. While we come from different walks of life, we're united by one shared vision: a South Africa where young people are seen, supported, and given real opportunities to thrive.

Our mission is to support, train, and create meaningful opportunities for the youth of South Africa. We help young people discover their talents and put them to work through impactful projects that transform their communities — whether through physical improvements, social initiatives, or leadership-driven change.

Why We Exist

The Gap Is Real.

Talent is evenly distributed. Opportunity is not. NXTgen Foundation exists to close that gap — by equipping young people with skills, leadership, and access to opportunity, and by actively rebuilding the communities we come from, for the benefit of those who will follow.
