Terms of Service.

1. Who We Are
NXT GEN Foundation NPC ("NXT GEN," "we," "us") is a registered Non-Profit Company in the Republic of South Africa, Registration No. 2025/870781/08, with its registered office at 36 Mottramdale Road, Westville, Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, 3630. You can contact us at info@nxtgenfoundation.org.
2. What This Service Is
This website allows young people ("candidates") to register and build a profile so that our staff can review, approve, and match them with real employment opportunities at companies seeking talent. Companies may also submit a request describing the kind of talent they're looking for. We act as a facilitator between candidates and companies — we are not an employment agency in the traditional sense, and companies do not have direct access to candidate records; all matching is carried out by NXT GEN staff.
3. Eligibility
This service is intended for young people seeking employment opportunities in South Africa. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are eligible to work in South Africa (or hold a valid work permit, as indicated in your profile).
4. Registration & Your Account
To apply, you'll create an account with your email address and a password. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current information, and must not create more than one account or register on behalf of someone else without their knowledge and consent.
5. Documents You Upload
A CV and a copy of your South African ID document (or equivalent) are required to complete your profile. You may optionally upload a qualification certificate (or several) and a copy of your driver's license. You confirm that any document you upload is genuine, belongs to you, and that you have the right to share it with us. Uploading false or fraudulent documents may result in your application being rejected or your account being suspended.
6. Staff Review & Matching
Every application is reviewed by NXT GEN staff before being approved. Approval means your profile has been reviewed and found suitable to be considered for matching with hiring companies — it is not a guarantee of employment. We may reject an application, or remove an approved candidate from consideration, at our discretion, including where information provided appears inaccurate or where a candidate no longer meets a company's stated requirements.
7. No Guarantee of Placement
Registering and being approved does not guarantee that you will be introduced to any specific employer, interviewed, or offered a position. NXT GEN facilitates introductions between candidates and companies but is not a party to, and has no control over, any resulting employment relationship, its terms, or its outcome.
8. Companies & Hiring Requests
Companies may submit a request describing roles they're hiring for, without creating an account. By submitting a request, a company confirms the information provided is accurate and consents to NXT GEN staff using it to identify and propose suitable candidates. Companies do not receive direct access to our candidate database at any point.
9. Donations
Where donations are enabled on this site, they are processed by a third-party payment provider and are subject to that provider's own terms. Donations are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
10. Account Suspension & Removal
We may suspend or remove your account or application if we reasonably believe you've violated these terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or misused this service. Where we remove your data at your request, see our Privacy Policy for how that process works.
11. Intellectual Property
The content, design, and branding of this website belong to NXT GEN Foundation NPC. You retain ownership of the documents and information you submit, but grant us the right to use them internally for the purpose of reviewing your application and facilitating potential matches, as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Limitation of Liability
This service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NXT GEN Foundation NPC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this service, including any outcome (or lack of outcome) of a match with a hiring company.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where we make a material change, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of this service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
